I just lost 487 hours while i bought 500 hours at 02-04-2017 i only use 1 account for botting. im now at 513 hours of the allowed 500 hours. its correct that 1 month ago i bought 500 hours but I bought more before all those hours expired a few days ago so i could continue without having to take a break from botting when those hours expired or when i would reach the max but apparently it took away 500 of the allowed hours but didnt take those 500 hours away from my used hours. Could this be fixed plz?^^ if need be ill send a photo of the payment from april the second.
only im not using a public vpn. and its also not because im hacked as those hours only dissapeared between now and 1 hour ago
Right, so to me it looks like you've used 523 hours from the 7th of march to the 7th of april. Meaning the hours you spend the 7th of march, you'll have regained by today (if that makes sence). imo. the billing system is kinda annoying, but basically.. if you run out of hours that you've bought that month.. to get more, you'll have to pay the initial amount (5$ for 500 hours total) + your new hours. so let's say you've bought 5$ worth (500 hours) and want 500 hours more.. you'll have to pay 10$ to get 500 hours more ontop of your already spent 500 hours. so basically the hours you bought last month are technially running out now. - atleast that's the way i understand it, and i bet a staff member can explain it better. - be sure to read through the billing F.A.Q. But that would be weird as it still says my allowed is 500 hours. and for some reason it also says i've used 513 hours but if those 500 hours dissapear as the time limit is up then shouldn't they also disapear from the used hours?? (hope you understand what im trying to say^^)
The system is weird But i think it's because the 500 hours you bought last month are running out atm. @Party
When does my hour allowance expire? If you upgrade on the 15th, your hourly allowance finishes on the 15th of the following month I understood this as on the first you bought 1000 hours and on the 15th you buy another 500. that on the first those 1k hours will expiire and then on the 15th the 500 hours.
Basically, if you buy 1k hours today.. you'll have 1k hours to spend between today (7th of April) and till the 7th of May. - From the billing F.A.Q. * The hour system works on a 30 day period. If you are a free user, you are able to bot up to a maximum of 200 hours in one single 30 day period. *Bot hours don't just "reset" at a given time. Your remaining hours are calculated by subtracting the hours you've used in the last 30 days from the total hours that you bought. *The supporter system works on a 30 day period for paid hours. If on day 1 you pay $10.00 for 1,000 hours of botting time, this time is only available for the current 30 day period. Once the 30 day period expires, you will either have to re-subscribe with another $10.00 payment or revert to a free users allowance of 200 hours.
yes i bought 500 hours the seventh of march and now i bought 500 hours the second of april shouldn't that give me 500 hours to the second of may. atleast the way I read these rules is that the moment you buy hours they will last for 1 month. So in my head when i buy 500 hours today and 500 hours tomorrow the hours i buy tommorrow will expire 1 day later then the hours i buy today. (plz correct me if im wrong on this)
Your payment from march 7th expired, thus your allowance dropped by 500 hours. the 500 hours you are allowed to use right now are because of your payment of april 2nd. To bot again wait until your usage drops below 500 (should be in 1 or 2 days), or make another purchase of like $1.
Hello... A few days ago I checked my account and I had about 800 hours, and today I check my account and I have -366 ... how can I recover them or who do I have to write to file a complaint
1. you do not appear to be a sponsor or supporter 2. you have negative hours froma previous purchase you made that has expired removing the additional hours you have 2 options -- purchase more hours to offset the difference or Wait til the -366 hours rolls off your account
