Coal bag not being used - how do I request a refund for my most recent instance? Bot works great otherwise and will continue to use it once this issue is fixed

Looks like certain items with charges or varps attached are broken. Client dev is looking into it, apologies for the inconvenience

This is resolved now, it should use the coal bag after restarting both clients

Looks like certain items with charges or varps attached are broken. Client dev is looking into it, apologies for the inconvenience

You can refund sessions at Sign in to RuneMate

This is resolved now, it should use the coal bag after restarting both clients

@michael5555 Hi I love your bot but it somewhat frequently missclicks, stands there for 5 seconds, then works again. It would be fine if it was occasional as to me it would look more human, but as I said it does it rather frequently. I just wanted to ask if it was possible to fix this specific issue.

By the way in its current state it runs at about 60% of the efficiency that you'd achieve with playing by the hand, resulting in only a little over 1m/hr profit. Other than the issue with efficiency, the bot works pretty well.

The efficiency could be fixed by simply not having it missclick so much. Reduce the hitbox of the furnace, maybe? Idk. Also it'd be very nice if the bot had an option where it'd work flawlessly with the menu swapper plugin as it boosts efficiency and makes it more human-like.

The bot understands if it missclicks, if it is taking too long to react ai believe its an issue with resources on the PC.

As for MES, there isn’t any right clicking involved? Coal bag empty is a left click now.

In the banking process it still right clicks in order to fill the bag. We can use the menu swapper and it'll actually left click here but then it suddenly wants to right click when emptying the bag (its still a left click).

I'm not sure. In my experience sometimes it understands, sometimes it doesn't. I'll try to minimize any plugins that might affect the game and I'll activate the GPU plugin, perhaps that'd fix it.

So MES isnt actually supported by runemate, I just hacked some logic in there to allow left clicks… if it is still right clicking outside the bank try reset the left click option when outside the bank, it might be overlapping and causing issues on the bot recognising the action order

Sure, I've started the bot just now but there's a recurring problem with the coal bag that I forgot to mention: for some reason the bot fills the coal bag up, then empty's it all back into the bank, and then fills it up again. I find this to be rather dangerous. Sometimes after it deposits everything back it forgets to fill it up again.

After toggling off some unnecessary plugins and turning the GPU plugin back on, the bot seems to quickly be responsive everytime it missclicks, but the thing is that it somehow missclicks the furnace everytime now lol. It's not a camera problem and it almost seems intentional. So yeah, if it's possible to fix these, I would be extremely grateful as this is my go to bot everytime I need GP for items.

There are no intentional missclicks from the bot, these issues all point to a resource issue on your pc

As for emptying the coal bag it only empties on the initial bank open because it still contains 2 coal and you can’t right click fill if the bag still has coal in it

If it is doing more than that can you send me the log Tutorial - How to Find Bot Logs
