refunds have to be requested through the services panel of RuneMate website.
If the bot is not doing anything and maintains that same "Press start" its very very likely you did not set a location

I tried it in several locations with the location selected. Definitly not the issue. But other bots weren't working either so that could be the issue. I'll try it again shortly and let you know.
