It is possible, but such a bot would probably get declined because it's so click intensive and therefore may trigger bans like crazy. I already considered implementing it in my fishing bot but Party recommended me not to.
Really? How exactly would RuneScape detect whether you're botting or not doing 3-ticking? I mean unless you sit and 3-tick for hours on end. Is it easy to code a simple 3-tick barb fisher? I'd probably even pay for a private version.
It is fairly difficult to keep the bot from messing up every few seconds. Also the more click intensive and repetitive a task is, the less entropy is possible for the bot to bring in, which forms a pattern very quickly, which Jagex will be able to detect. Normal dropping for example allows the mouse path generator to add a variety of different mouse paths, but if you need to keep up a certain click and precision rate it's hardly possible to replicate a human playstyle and behavior.
Well okay, that makes sense. I'd still be interested to see how long it'd take to get banned if 3-ticking is done properly and as "humanized" as it can be with the RuneMate client. I mean if botting 2-3 hours a day or something and you keep it to a minimum, I think you could be somewhat safe though if executed properly. Perhaps adding a 3 tick option and give a warning that it could get you banned, but thats a risk you decide to take if you agree to it?
Forgot about this, but now that GE is supported properly in the api, you could make a GE flipper. If you're good at that kind of bots. Have it buy a single item, check what it buys and sells for, then find profitable items, and flip those.. Or have the user select what items to flip.
Slayer bot for mains! Make gear sets customization, maybe only do 1 or 2 taskmasters to make the scripting simple. This niche really needs to be filled and you're the guy to do it! Also, you can alter the script bot easily to make it farm slayer monsters off-task and create a completely new revenue source from different slayer monster niche bots. You can do it!!!
