Do you think we would still develop bots/clients which could get you banned if we knew how exactly the system works?

theres no harm in me asking if anyone knows maybe someone got banned and figured out atleast 10% of how the system works

What are the chances of getting banned after this Weath free time period. I'm at the ge looking at all these fletching bots ranging from level 96 to 14m xp. Will it be safer to get 99 fletching (not 10+ hrs/day) now while Weath is gone? Or will he still be banning with just an increased workload after vacation?
