Bug Purchased 1000 hours on jan 11, currently says i have -300

    Alongside this issue, it wont verify my authenticator code it repeatedly says its wrong. over and over.
    But I should have the 1000 hours as ive only used 300 of them since jan 11 they should be active until feb 11 correct?

    Bro... The usage stays with you for a month. so all the usage you have in that graph is your usage... Doesn't matter when you pay for supporter.

    im aware. so Dec 19 - Jan 19 is 1000 hours. Jan 11 - Feb 11 should be another 1000 hours.

    You probably had a payment from a month ago that just expired, hence you lost the 300 hours from that subscription.

    im aware the Dec 19 just ended I know that but the Jan 11 hasnt ended, and from jan 11 to now i have not used 1000 hours so what am i reading wrong here?

    How difficult is to understand "in the past month"? You have used over 1000 hours in the past calendar month. Since 20/12/2016. Not since 11th Jan. As the month goes on you will get your hours back.

    No, I dont understand the logic here. If i bought 1000 hours ON DEC 19 that means those hours ended not on them 19th bu jan 1st. thats how you are explaining it, and that Jan 11 did fuck all for my account, because since buying 1000 hours i have used 275

    yes ive used 1000 hours in jan, ok but i used 1000 BEFORE jan 11th. THEN i bought 1000 more. but it didnt do anything.

    What are you on about?

    The payments stack and expire exactly one calendar month after purchase. If you bought 1000 hours on the 19th Dec then those would expire on 19th of Jan, meaning you went back down. If you paid an additional 3 dollars on 21st of Dec, then you'd have 1300 hours up until those 1000 hours expired on 19th Jan, at which point you'd have 300 hours until 21st Jan when the second sub expired.

    ok, so i added 1000 on jan 11th used 250 to jan 19th when the first sub ended so shouldnt i have 750 left until the 11th?
    im saying i did not use 1000 hours from the 11th to now.
