great post! this really helped me a lot. Not enough ram or cpu power on this laptop to run as many bots as i wanted to. Runemate is also a very laggy client itself so that doesn't help matters.

They banned my Ip from google cloud hosting for running runemate on it. I also got a ceast and desist letter from jagex. At least my actual ip isnt flagged.

This does work but it's just very slow, but it's sufficient enough to run a few bots (2-3)

Little tip if you are using this trick, and are afraid you will be charged. I just created a account using a gift card that only has like 50 cents left on it.

Well, can't they still fuck you up with your ip adress? Or it's only Jagex and not google that will sue you?

I mean technically I guess they "could" but they won't*.


*99.9% chance they won't. You'll be just fine. If you're still worried about this, don't do it. Buy an actual vps.

Me on the other hand, I don't give a fuck. I'm waiting for the knock on my door :) Pirate/hack/bot/be free till I die. Got plenty of burners when the heat gets close :)
