All proper software installed. Just uninstalled/reinstalled all java/runescape/runemate content on my computer. However, my problem shifts back and forth from the spinning wheel to the agentinitializationexception error

Have you tried uninstalling RuneMate and all versions of java, and then just installed RuneMate? RuneMate installs the correct version of java for you.

Yes, that was the last thing I tried. Same issue of AgentInitializationException. It is incredibly frustrating haha. Haven't been able to use RuneMate in months. Log added in this post.
