Hours do not actually reset they are on a 30 day rolling system

ex. if you use 5 hours day 1, 8 hours day 2, 12 hours day 3. On day 31 the 5 hours become available again, on day 32, the 8 hours becomes available again, and so on.
If 200 hours is not enough you can Upgrade to supporter at 1$ per 100 hours, minimum of 3$ to achieve a total of 300 hours, the first 200 hours are your "free" hours, everything after is additional usable hours, beings you have already used 200.

if you are not willing to upgrade your hours, you will have to wait til day 31 (from first day of use), day 31 being day 1 of new month

No, your monthly allowance will be 100 hours for every dollar you paid. So 300.

You can't spend $1, the minimum is $2.

if you spend 3$ after using ur 200 free hours you will have 100 hours
