Resolved Negative hours from recent months purchased hours

    Hey, I purchased a total of 800 hours last month; however, today it's showing me I have negative hours. I ran out of my hours I believe about a day ago which I would have thought the hours would have been refreshed but last months hours which were purchased and used have joined in with the current days hours. I did not see it and ended up purchasing an extra 300hours worth which put my total bot hours at -400 from -700. I am unsure why it's giving me negative hours when those hours were purchased/used and haven't gone over the limit during the month but today its saying that I'm over the limit by 400 hours from last months hours.

    Can you screenshot your services page - Log in | Community | RuneMate showing the last 60 days

    And advise the date and amount of all payments for the last 60 days

    But shouldn't those hours have been used up in conjuction with the $8 payment from the march 29-Apr 29 period?

    After the 30 days, the hours will reset daily, not in one full amount, so on the 31st day of it resetting, the hours you used on the 1st day will be reset etc

    I went from 500 hours left to 50 hours left last night. I hate the way they show/count quota
