If you only just created the vm wait a little bit. If it's not working after 5 minutes, select the vm and stop it then start it again (it'll take a while to shutdown if it's busy doing something).

Hmm I use also 13gb and 2cpu's but it seems that it cant even handle 1 pixieFDK bot. It frezzes a lot. Maybe I did something wrong lol? Windows server 2012.

I have not tested it yet as my days are not over nor have I another gmail account. So you'll have to test it out yourself

Click on your instance and then on "Create or reset Windows password." Use that one.

Keep having authentication problems, tried changing password 2-3 times and username.
 
keep getting this error:
Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify the identity of the computer that you want to connect to.
 
Alright so I decided to download chrome and use the RDC extension on the browser and it works fine. If you're having problems with the windows RDC client I recommend using the browser extension as it works for me.
