Assuming those bots are yours, you can simply make two pushes to delete them. First set the access to hidden in the manifests, push that, then remove the files and push that as well. Make sure to do it in that order.
i actualy tried to make a goldfarm with this when i started on runemate, went fairly poorly and took up waaay to much time but good memories
