If you're going to label bots as broken you should at least provide details as to why you consider it broken and provide proof. More than likely your problem would be resolved if you discussed your issue first or even read through some of the previous messages to see if there's a way to fix your issue.
So can you post the log file? Did you switch between display modes when a bot was running? (fixed to resizable etc) Because doing so breaks RuneMates interactions for certain things right now.
Try hiding the chat window. Also try making the rs window a little bigger. I don't even see the range at all
Yeah but i'm at work at the moment so can't take a look yet. But every time someone has said it's not working it has worked for me and has either been that they switched between display modes while a bot was running, the window was too small, or the chat box was in the way

Was there a runescape update? Try restarting runemate and runescape. If it persists the client might be broken

Bots don't charge you, the client does. And it's been proven time and again that it works as expected. My best guess is that you started the bot twice. You're billed every time you start a bot and then at the start of every hour. Hi i did not start the bot twice as i know this will cause a double charge. i started the bot once, it ran for 59 minutes before i stopped it. i always do this to ensure i dont get charged for an extra hour for only 5-10mins of botting. hope this helps
How many seconds in was it though?If it was like 00:59:45 or even closer then that's likely the reason. The timer you see on a bot isn't the exact time of the session because we don't have access to that. So it could be out by a couple of seconds. How many exactly, i don't know unfortunately.
Hi when i said 59 minutes i mean 59 minutes from when the bot instance was started. i know that the timer counts from when the instance is started and not when the actual botting was run. i stopped it at just before 59 minutes . it was like 58:45 or something. this is from when the instance started and not from when i had setup the bot and it was running. Could you refund me based on this please? I also realised i use your tanning bot too and that had a similar issue. i was charged sometimes for 3 hours when using 2 and 2 when using 1. but that was old and i didnt realise till later so i wont dispute that. I only ask because as i said billing is handled by the RuneMate client, not the bot. So if it's definitely charging you before the new hour starts there's probably an issue there that needs to be resolved by cloud or arbiter. I'll send you a refund shortly.
