Leave it a half hour then come back to it. If previous instances close unexpectedly it can take the RuneMate servers a short while (~30mins) to catch up.

An internal error occurred (error code: launch path not accessible)

Go to C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME}\RuneMate\logs\ and post the contents on the most recent log. We need to know the exception message to be able to fix it.

Main account on normal IP. New account on proxy only?

It is unlikely your main account will be banned - the only time people tend to see chain bans (eg: multiple accounts from same IP address banned) is in the case of gold farming.
