Must be dedicated to constant server changes/updates by Jagex

(elaborations; Jagex constantly does sneaky shit like update without posting a week or even a month later, sometimes bot watchers scope potential high money making method monsters((Zulrah, Cerebus)) so we would need a developer of the bot to be on constant awareness, updates bot when needed, and listens/observes script reviews to improve bot when deemed necessary.)

Seems to be pretty easy bot imho. You can for sure make this in VisualRM.
