It doesn't pick up my shard when i get the drop, WHY??

Used 3 times after trial. Trial worked for the full hour. but once i got charged (using premium) didn't work past 5 mins. smells scammy if you ask me.

The phosanis nightmare bot is having trouble storing runes from drop? has stopped twice because it errors out storing cosmic runes in pouch, check last log it says looting cosmic rune then says storing "Cosmic" maybe its confusing that its not storing "cosmic rune"

will there be any updates on this

hey bud, been using your bots on and off for years. first of all tyvm. problems with zulrah bot. gets confused if zulrah dies mid transition and cant find loot, lost a tanz this way. takes a long time to bank. walks to the same tile at c wars, pauses for a sec, then banks. very bot like behavior. but it does indeed kill zulrah

high alching not working on cuppa agility aio. very fustrating. then yesterday it was just standing at the bank fir hours wasting my time

hey so i never had issues with this bot till today i ran it like 6 times changing different settings have no free trial and all 8 times i was charged. im a little annoyed because the bot stops after 3 minuets of use and logs me out of game and shuts its self off. it states i have plugin's enabled but i have everything disabled and i have not changed anything since the last time using it a few days ago.

love the zeah runecrating bot, only problem my 10 hp uim died twice to the skeleton, can you please update to make sure it doesnt afk and craft the essence next to the skeleton, and waits till in safe space to craft so it doesnt die for skillers. other than that flawless rcing bot

Hey, sorry to bother, I'm new here. When I was running the Hunter 1-tick bot, I accidentally let a new hour pass when I meant to stop it. The system charged me 12c, then when I did my birdhouse run and came back, it charged me another 12c within 5 minutes of finishing the last hour. I stopped the bot to contact support. If I start it again, I'll be charged another 12c. How do I get my credits back? 24c was wasted.
