May be too late for any help but i bought 400hrs at 4$ hoping i could use 4 clients/bots at once around the 15/16th of November. i got my hours added to my account which was great but never was able to use more than 2bots/windows at once at once? it anyone could help me that would be much appreciated. I did read the main post to see if that would answer any questions but couldn't find anything.
I don't think I get the question here, are you getting the message saying you need to purchase more instances when trying to run more than 2 bots? Or are you unable to open more than 2 runescape clients?
I started a bot and it bugged out a couple of times and it charged me the hourly rate every time i launched it??? Can I get a refund?

Quick question: I purchased a $9 'supporter package' 2 days ago. I want to upgrade to a $27 'support package' now though. Do I pay the difference? $18? OR What happens if I just pay the additional $27 - I lose the initial $9 package?
so, if I just paid the $27 rather than the $18, the two would combine and I'd have a $36 package? (9+27=36)
not sure if this is the correct forum - I'm new to runemate, I bought a $1 worth of credit to 'get my toes in the water" I used the credits to run QVe aiofighter pro $0.10C/1hr well have been using it for about 4 hrs and I only have $0.10 credits left. not sure what the math behind this is. but .10/hr doesnt = 90 cents
Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ For example: You purchase $5 in credits. You then start a bot that costs $0.05/hr. Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. When the second hour starts you will be charged another $0.05. This will continue to happen until the bot is stopped. If you run the bot for 3 hours you will be charged a total of $0.15 so your wallet balance will now be $4.85 If the bot uses breaks, you will still be charged for the break time period as the bot is still in use. When you start the bot you will be charged straight away at the start of every hour, including when the bot first starts. If you stop the bot and start it again, you will be charged again for another hour, regardless of how long ago you were charged for the last session, whether it be 30 seconds or 10 minutes. Why am I charged every time I start an instance?: Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
I payed for a 10$ sub on the RuneMate Bot but (already had another sub aswell should be allowed to use x10 accounts) for some reason I try to load a 3rd client and get error message saying could not load advertisement? Is this because I only did a one time payment or is there another explanation? Edit: New to forum as well if this is not the correct thread can you redirect me to the proper one?
there's also this: Tutorial - Bypass "Unable to create advertising" error this works if you're only opening up the original jagexlauncher.exe, simply select OSRS/RS3 and the number of clients wanted and it opens them. saves you having to click them open.
