    why am i being charged every few minutes or so when i should be charged every hour for my bot? i demand a refund

    Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
    Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

    hello, was using prime pest control from "party", feel completely scammed after trying to start it 5 times and not getting it to work, please refund.

    Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but Ive tried starting my bot three times and it fails straight away, but I have been charged 10p per time I loaded the bot up again. Is there any chance I can get this back as 30p has just essentially disappeared in 10 seconds.

    He's going to respond and tell you every time you start a bot it's charged. They don't back any of the products or give refunds for anything. It's up to the developers to give refunds which they very rarely do.

    Depends on the author. I usually refund people if they ask nicely :)

    I've never really heard of any developer not giving a refund when asked correctly. I'm pretty sure we're obligated to?

    Also personally I don't fight it at all when requested, I'd rather refund 30 cents than listen to someone complain about how I stole their money lol.

    I paid 3$ for the first time, but only got 100 hours. Or it actually say that i got 86 remain. Why?

    I have not got any answer on why i got charged 3$ but only got 100 hours....

    That's how it works. For $3 you get 300 hours total (including the 200 free hours), for $4 you get 400 hours total, for $10 you get 1000 hours total. If you buy $3 more within this month, you'll get 300 (current) + 300 more.

    So once I use up the free 200 hours, I can buy 300 more hours for 3 bucks so its 500 hours in total for 3 bucks?

    After using up your free 200 hours, if you buy 3$ supporter then you'll receive 100 hours. If you want 300 hours, you need to purchase 5$ supporter
