I used my 200 free hours, then payed for more.
As you can see I'm a supporter, but it's been some days
since I payed and it still hasn't come through. I'm aware
some banks aren't open on weekends, but it's now
Monday and I am still not able to use any hours. any help?

Also note that support payments of 2$ only give the supporter rank not additional hours.
after the initial 2$ payment for supporter each 1$ gives 100 hours for 30 days until the payment expires and drops back to the free 200 hours. All hours use even from additional hour payments remain active and on the rolling 30 day hour system.

If you wish to get more hours still and only spent 2$ simply spend another 2$ to achieve 400 total hours until the first payment made rolls off the account dropping you back to 200 hours.

Thank you, I thought I was getting more hours, as the free one was a trial.

unless you spent more then 2$ that FAQs and my previous answer will resolve your concern

That's right I spend 2 dollars, I assumed they were additional hours, as the original 200 was free. My mistake.

nope and it says it doesnt give extra hours. also its not monday everywhere but yeah :d glad is resolved.

I'll never understand how people fail to read what is made extremely obvious during the purchasing stage.

As has been mentioned, a $2.00 only payment will only give you supporter status, it does NOT increase your hours allowance.
