Was there any solution at all, i'm having this problem currently.

I'm running a 6th gen i7 with 24gb ram, with a gtx 960m.
It seems that it is keeping files when I reinstall runemate unless its bound by ip. When I reinstall my username is still remembered as if nothing happened.

Then as Arbiter said earlier, most likely Networking issue and we can't do anything..
Attempt another provider at a friends house and see if that does anything.
