MaxiWoodcutter updated to v2.19.3.

• Fixed pathing fallbacks. Should now try all path types and use the shortest one.
• If it's falling back to a bresenham path it will now keep attempting to regenerate a path after each step. This will allow it to find an appropriate path at the earliest possible time.
