No. Your Runescape account has nothing to do with how Runemate works. The only time your Runescape account would matter, is if you have the level requirements for what you are trying to do in game.
This is a tutorial on how to use spectre, not the place for bug reports. Both games work. You're likely just having interaction issues due to the recent update. Check your logs and provide @SlashnHax or @Cloud with the opcode relating to the issue. What you're looking for will look something like this: PLAYER opcode=14, action=Use, target=Raw shrimps -> Fire, arg0=1502761792, arg1=64, arg2=38 Also provide them with the game that it occurred on i.e. rs3 or osrs
This isn't a bug report thread. Look in client support. We only support 32 bit java because that's what runescape uses and we need to use the same to attach to it.

Just as you would install any other program as an admin. Uninstall runemate. Right click install exe, run as Admin. If you don't have admin privileges on your pc, thats another story.
