I just got banned today as well. thankfully it was only a 2 day ban. ive used several bots but all for only a decent amount of time (4-10 hours a day no more than 12). not sure which bot triggered it(i use several different bots) but I probably wont be botting anymore on my main.

I've been botting 10+ hours a day, it's all about the breaks, don't run your bot hours upon hours straight.

I feel like we have been getting looked at lately. I used to bot like 12 hrs a day for 1 month and it was fine. Then I go bot on a separate account, 5 hrs a day and I got hit...I also got hit 1 week after I stopped botting.

Regardless, Jagex is definitely starting to crack down on RS3. I know lots of people who have gotten 48-hr bans in the recent weeks, and not even botting aggressively, including me.
