So does this mean I can only have and use 1 account and so can my brother on his computer or that still counts as 1 cause were in the same house?
I keep running a bot for 1 hour and 55 minutes. I keep getting charged for 2 hours of use... Is there somthing im doing wrong to get this 2 hour fee... I also bought 1$ of credits and never recieved the credits to my account, then i bought another 1$ and it did credit... what now?
hey i paid the 4$ per month for more hours but when i try to set the bot it says ive used all my free user hours fro this week is. And before i paid the 4$per month i did single payment for 3$ still did not get more hours?
You're probably using a lite/free version of a premium bot, which limits the number of hours you can use that particular bot. If you don't mind me asking, which one were you using?
So today is 30th April, I don't know when my hours reset for the month. If I buy 300 hours today will they be available until 30th May?

Bought $10 USD worth of what, credits or supporter package? Check with your bank and see what their foreign currency conversion rates and fees are.
I have a suggestion for another payment option. Subscribe gives you x number of hours per month. I want something similar to that, but I want a subscription that buys x hours when I run out of hours. So I can set it to buy 1000 hours and it auto buys 1000 more when I hit 0 or go negative.

What is the error message you get and which bot(s) are you trying to run? If you are running a trial version of a premium bot, the authors often put time limits on how long you can use them for.
I paid 3$ for the 300 hours and my account shows that I am supposed to have 300 hours this month and I used 78 hours of that and that shows in my service stats but when I try to start up a client it says I have used all 300 hours this month.
Question about paid bots - it seems like I'm charged a 1 hour minimum when I start a bot regardless if I use that 1 hour. Say I start a paid bot and it withdraws 4 cents but I only use it for 2 minutes, will I have a back log of 58 minutes or did I lose those 58 minutes by stopping and starting the bot?
